      Taking a good magnesium supplement helps my daughter a lot (we both have EDS). The tricky part is there are many types of magnesium. You want Magnesium Malate and/or Magnesium Glycinate. We buy one off of Amazon that has both in it. If my daughter misses a day, her pain levels shoot back up immediately.

      Lotus oil is great for very severe pain, i put it anywhere that feels very painful at the time like a muscle spasm. Occasionally nerve pain
