Anyone else avoid going to bed like the plague? (Or have tips for it?) I’m fine with being in bed, but I want to stay busy (like on my phone or playing games or sometimes picking my skin). My boyfriend sleeps right next to me but I think I get lonely once he falls asleep. >.<

Same situation, it's pretty annoying. Usually I'm on my phone til i pass out. Not the best. When I really want to go to bed in a reasonable way, I used meditative deep breathing. It's extremely fast, easy, and useful. All I have to do is want it and remember to do it.... Which is a struggle in itself. But it works great when I do. Just take a deep slow breath in, hold it a little, then sigh it out and wait a second, then go again. Three times in a row is enough to get snoozy. Good luck! And if that's not enough, consider putting on audio. Ambience, white noise, classical music, guided meditation, podcast, whatever. I find it useful sometimes, especially when I'm feeling sad or scared. It also helps occupy your extra brain energy like playing games or scrolling socials, except you can turn off the screen and close your eyes and get comfy. Def helps.

I used to do this so much!! With our ADHD, our body does something (I don’t know what it’s called specifically) where it’s not able to understand when to wind down for sleep. I take over the counter melatonin gummies (smallest dose you can find) and just take one an hour before bed and it’ll make your body kick start into sleep time. It helps so much!
