I woke up with a headache this morning.. I just feel exhausted and completely off balance.. I checked my heart rate and of course it was 81 laying down and 135 standing up š¤¦š½āāļø ā¦ I took my medicine so hopefully that helps.. Yesterday I felt fine.. I didnāt feel āpotsieā at all.. but today Iām feeling it š©
