Hi everyone! I am so struggling with nausea, so I would absolutely love any tips. Right now I have phenergan, scopolamine patches, and ginger candies, but I’m still so nauseous. I can’t take zofran anymore because of colonic dysmotility. I would appreciate any tips! Thank you 💕

A Relief Band has been amazing for me. Sorry you can’t take Zofran anymore!

I use the sea band bracelets they don’t take it completely away but they take the edge off. Now I’ve not tried this but I have heard of smelling rubbing alcohol. Benadryl is helpful too

If CBD or THC are options, those are what help me the most. Have you tried phenergan suppositories? Out of all the nausea meds that route helped me the most.

If you can drink milk I would suggest that! It helps me sometimes
