Hey there “A-likes “ I’m just 50 and have had 46 surgeries. Both knees both hips and both shoulders replaced after multiple surgeries on every joint. Chronic pain. Multiple spine surgeries. Etc. Seems like my body is just attacking itself and is always in fight or flight mode. Sleep deprivation doesn’t help and CRPS in both knees since 2003 and bottoms of both feet since 2017 (never had a foot injury). Any of you in the same boat??
