Worried that my scoliosis is getting worse due to occasional aches and my bad posture doesn’t help. Nervous that I may one day need surgery. Help!

if you can, see a spinal specialist to get xrays and MRI done to either ease your worries or see the state of things. its better to know then not and worry of the worse!
