Other than meds, is there anything else I should be doing to help improve?

@OuchiePrincess yes! Vitamin D! I was severely deficient and taking it has changed so much in my life positively!

I find that meditation and journaling help me a lot! I've been dealing with PDD for a long as I can remember. Of course, meds work for the most part but sometimes you have to push yourself to get up and do something productive. This is where the fight begins. I am a loner by nature and find dealing with people exhausting. I do however enjoy being out in nature! For me, I enjoy creek stomping and looking for rocks (I'm a collector), hiking, fishing, biking... anything that will get me outside. You just have to figure out for yourself what will get you up and moving.

Vitamin D, regular exercise. Socializing. Therapy can be helpful. Making achievable goals.
