Are There Any Side Effects to Overuse of Saline Spray?

Depends on which spray you mean. If it's a spray containing only saline, it only washes and dries the nose a little. There is a spray that contains Xylometazoline Hydrochloride and it's a bit more problematic it's better to use it only for 3 days and that's it because it can destroy the nasal mucosa and create a feeling of congestion in the nose even though it is not actually blocked. I was almost addicted to one of these until I realized it was dangerous and had to stop. Which one do you use?
