I hate having IBS so much, I can’t stand it. It makes me just want to crawl in a hole and not come out. Do any of you have any good coping skills? I’m just so tired of being tired. This illness is exhausting, and I’m so sick of it.

One thing that really helped me was therapy and learning to surrender to what you’re feeling like pain or how gross you feel. It sounds so stupid at first, but by fighting what you feel it makes it worse. Some days are better and worse, but take each day one at a time. Like @MJ4E said, avoiding trigger foods is huge, acid reducers, and for me anti spasmodic meds helped a lot.(depending on if you cramp). If you ever need help or a listening ear, please feel free to message me, you are never alone in this and I know IBS can make you feel so isolated ❤️

Yea unfortunately I've been there too 😮💨. For me I've found the best things that help me are CBD oil, probiotics, peppermint oil drops, pepto bismol, chamomile tea, and avoiding trigger foods.
