i keep a pretty strict daily routine. as much as i want chaos, having habits of eating, drinking water, showering, and sleeping at the same times every day makes it easier for me to take care of myself. also sticky notes. sticky notes are a blessing.

Well for me it depends on what kind of mood and environment I’m in. Like when I’m at school I’ll be calm and crazy, but work I try to control it when a customer is around me. But don’t be scared to show some of your ADHD. People will accept you for it and help you with it.
