Has anyone tried IVIG for POTS or other conditions? Please tell me your experience!

I was on it for a rare neurological disease called SPS. I found that it made my POTS worse so we added hydration to my infusions and I drank a ton of water while being infused, which helped. I’m not sure if IVIG did anything for me. I was on it for 2 years but was getting too many side effects from the medicine so I stopped.
