Concerns about Breast Health

Also I’ve been to my dr for this reason but she just told me she’s not worried and I just have fair skin and eating a lot of salt. My breast has been feeling tight, swollen, and I get these red pimple like bumps, purplish bumps, and scab like spots on one of them. The bumps usually go away but I have this one now that’s been here awhile and my mom seems confused. I also feels pain (sometimes, I did tonight actually) and I get these spasms in my breast. I’ve been worrying about it for the past few months so I decided to message her again about it. I’m a googler so that def doesn’t help me😩 I just want to get some piece of mind.
