If I could I’d work out 6 days a week, but if I do any kind of physical activity for more than 10 minutes, I feel like I’m going to stop breathing 😕 I really wanna lose weight, any tips?

      ✋ Hey... I also have mild bronchiectasis. Have you ever thought of doing aquatic therapy? It doesn't have to be wayer aerobics, just walking in the pool for resistence training. I will start that again soon because of osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I do try and walk between 3-5 miles everyday though. It helps to take my dog with me. She loves to take walks, and it takes my mind off of what I'm doing.
