Finding Peace in the Midst of Anxiety

Very anxious day, finally experiencing some peace this evening. You just don’t appreciate peace enough until you have to go without for a while. (I’d like to note, I didn’t achieve this, by my own strength or “mind over matter” but a combination of seeking encouragement from others, healthy actions like going for a bike ride and medication. My goal Is never to purely rely on medicine but use it as a tool. I you all are finding some peace this evening as well. I pray that you do.
