I started lifting weights about 6 months ago and now my hands and arms fall asleep when I sleep. It never happened before exercising.

Sometimes I get numbness in the outside of my arm and pinkie from tight muscles or a muscle imbalance in my shoulders! There's some great PT videos for free on YouTube and social media
