What to do if you enjoy nothing and you’re bad at everything?

In order to be good at something we have to let ourselves be bad at it first. No one is talented, it's all practice and consistency. Plus! You don't need to be "good" at something to enjoy it. I'm a horrible dancer but I still flail around my room sometimes because it's fun and no one is there to see me. If depression is eating away at your usual sources of joy, try aiming a little lower. Find things that make you feel okay or decent. Anything that isn't straight up boring to get you through this rough patch. It can be hard but I know you can do it. Sometimes enjoyment comes from the strangest places, you never know. Try your hand at something new, maybe with a friend or family member for added support. Even something as simple as watching silly animal videos or a favorite movie can be beneficial. I hope you find some of this helpful 😊

@Lunarr amen never give up on something that you love to even if you're not the best at it now it's always worth practicing and eventually you'll just fall in love with the whole process whether it's art or playing a game you like or what have you and if anyone needs help feel free to message me I'm always trying to put out some support to whoever I can when I'm available🙏

You find something your good at everyone has a Hobbie or something they find that they enjoy or love to do! Never give up and always look out and try new things! Depression makes everyone have doubt or sadness on any scale but once you find something you enjoy and sharing that with like minded people it will really pick up your mood. 🤗 wishing you the best!

you keep searching. it sucks, cause it’s hard, and it’s boring, and it’s annoying. but it’s worth it when you finally find that something. you might also already have that something, just in the wrong way. like, i’m an artist, but my current art style isn’t making me happy. changing the art style i draw with makes me happier, though, so i just do that. it’ll take time. but you have plenty of it. :)
