Medicine or Maturity: Understanding Life Changes

I haven’t changed my anxiety medication (Zoloft) in years, but I’ve bumped up the dose slowly over time. It’s just hard for me to tell sometimes if things in my life are improving because of me or because of the meds lol

It's really hard to tell in my opinion. Changes that happen over a shorter span I would say is more likely to be meds. Regardless take solice in knowing that you've had positive changes wherever they come from.

In your life they will be consistent if they are due to maturity. Medication can be an iffy thing and can change things from the day-to-day, so if the changes are less consistent I find that medication makes changes but they don’t necessarily always last.
