There is no medication. Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine, side to side opposed to kyphosis which is an up and down curvature that can look like a hunch in some cases. Generally the treatment is physical therapy for stretching and light exercises that help strengthen the area of the back that is effected the most, chiropractic spinal adjustments, a back brace, or surgical intervention if it's severe enough. I also found that electro therapy helped the pain from the muscles in my back that were effected.
