Bit of a vent, does anyone else find that point systems (especially ones that point if you leave early, even if you're told you should/can) at jobs are extremely ableist? I'm just really fired up about it. It's felt like I was already starting to decline and now I fear it's gonna get worse because if I end up needing to leave work early I'll get fired. I guess I'm just looking for a sympathetic ear.
