Lately I’ve been having issues with constantly and compulsively counting and keeping still and starting/finishing one task. Depression hits a lot because of it and I often end up blaming myself because I know I could control it by just getting stuff done.

    Hey there. Mental health is a constant battle, so take it easy on yourself. Deep down you know that sometimes there are going to be side affects of mental illness.
