my biggest piece of advice is to learn when you're getting close to having one and try to calm it down before it happens. I have a go to song I listen to to calm down from tic attacks and if I feel like I'm getting really ticcy or I've been hitting a lot of tic triggers (not sleeping enough, suppressing a lot, etc) I'll just take 10-15 mins to act like I'm trying to calm a tic attack and I can usually calm down enough that I avoid having an attack. tic attacks are really draining and super hard to deal with, remember to always rest after <3
