Panic attack advice? I’ve been prescribed buspirone for this, and it helps after about an hour to calm my body from having panic attacks… but it makes me kinda drowsy so i don’t wanna take it daily. And the panic still continues in my thoughts if that makes sense… i’ve never had this problem, but after my depression, i started having anxiety which led to this, now panic attacks. They’re so so scary. I now know how horrible people feel who have this regularly. I feel like i’m drowning when I do. Any tips or advice on how to control or help them would be greatly appreciated. 🤍

Put an ice pack on your Vegas nerve. Breathe and count down from 10. The PA should be gone by then.
