I do. I think I have small fiber neuropathy. I’m still waiting on tests to decipher exactly which type I have but I’ve been dealing with neuropathy for close to twenty years & the pain is always worse at night. I would not survive with amitriptyline & gabapentin.
Thank you ive tried gabapentin tramadol lyirca nothing has helped me but one nycunta at night before bed it stops the bad pain and tingling before it starts but now insurance wont cover it go figure
