First Time Taking Dextroamphetamine and Feeling Intense Anxiety

This is my first time taking dextroamphetamine and it just kicked in and I feel like I’m about to have a panic attack, it’s hitting me intensely I was taking adderall xr before but I told my psychiatrist that I was having side effects that were bothering me quite a bit so he thought this one would help but I feel worse on it. More or less anxious and just my mood is all over the place But also my life has been rly stressful recently and I’ve been having a hard time coping so that might have contributed to it Anyone else experience intense kind of anxiety on this medication? Did it help more than adderall with the less side effects or no
