might be shooting in the dark here but…anyone see any little bugs in the corner of their eye when it gets bad?

You may be experiencing something called stress induced psychosis, something lots of us with BPD have 😩 I would recommend grounding exercises to get back in touch with reality if it gets really bad and/or tell your psych about the symptoms in case they can get you some antipsychotic meds to ease the psychosis
