My periods would mess with my pots so badly that I would lay in my bathroom floor with a bottle of water and saltine crackers (this was before being diagnosed with pots) my cramps would be so bad I would just vomit a lot. Anytime I got up off the floor I would pass out. Anyone that saw me would tell me how paper white I was

I’ve been on depo provera shot to manage my endometriosis for the past 15 year on and off and that definitely helps POTS symptoms. When I’ve not been on it and I have my period I pass out much easier and feel much worse. It doesn’t completely get rid of it but it’s much more manageable.

Yes! My heart rate and blood pressure go insanely out of control. I make sure I stay hydrated and have my electrolytes. Have you tried liquid IV or salt chews? They have helped me SO MUCH!!

Yes! I put that together within the last week. The times I’ve actually passed out have been when I’m on my period. I have been on depo provers shots on and off for years to help with endometriosis and it helps so much for both but I still notice POTS symptoms are worse when I cramp (don’t actually get a period anymore though) and just need to be more careful of that when it happens.

Yes absolutely!! I actually started using the pill to not get my period anymore because of this (my doctor suggested this!). It’s been LIFE changing to not have a huge increase in symptoms every month

Yeah, getting on some sort of birth control like an IUD really helped me. I'm usually super fatigued during my period, but after getting on nuva ring I stopped getting periods so it wasn't a big deal anymore.
