I have really bad PTSD that affects my ability to socialize with men, especially cis men. I’ve tried to combat this by doing my own “exposure therapy” but the guys I were trying to be friendly with only ended up adding to the trauma. Now it’s so severe that I can’t hold a conversation one on one with a guy my age before going in to a state of panic. Is there anything any of you would suggest?

I wish I had some advice, but I still struggle with this as well. I wish you the best of luck ❤️and you can feel free to message me if you’d like to talk :)

I'm the same way, all I can do at the moment is just try to focus on staying distant to keep myself feeling a little safer

Congratulations on working with talking through your fear and exposing yourself. More than I can say I do. It makes me happy that you're trying. It can be very difficult I imagine and although i can't offer advice, I want to say its a big step and be patient with yourself because you are trying.
