I love salonpas as well!! Also Epson salt baths for the muscle/nerve pain. I have found certain foods make the pain worse. I know it varies per person but finding that out for myself really helped.

I agree. Salonpas & Epson salt baths are good. They give me some relief where no medication has. Doctors said working out would help. But it actually has a reverse affect. I get way more inflamed & in pain. So I stopped. I hear yoga is good to try. I just haven't done so yet. Depression keeps me from getting g motivated lately.

Hi! For some joint and muscle pain I use Salonpas. You can wear them for up to 12 hours! Salonpas also has a lidocaine patch, it helps with some nerve pain. I also use THCš¤·āāļø
So what are some of the symptoms?
No
I'm learning as I go. Medicated muscle rub is my best friend. Have you tried it?
Just give me some tips
How can I help? My mom and sister and I all have it.
