If you have fever or needs to reduce your temp, or body ache, DO NOT TAKE acetaminophen (Advil) take Naproxen or any substitute without Acetaminophen content.
Drink coffee (caffeinated or decaf work) coffee is antioxidant. Eat avocados and blueberries.
Avoid red meat (pork, beef, ox, etc) just eat chicken and fish as substitute. But by all means, fried chicken and fried fish are not good substitute... eat baked or steamed version of it or any dish that it doesn't get fried. (Simmered, boiled, etc but not red meat!!) Avoid French fries too...anything that is deep fry during your treatment.

I have the same. Def avoid alcohol, carbs, sugars of all sorts. I'm still on the journey.
Carbs, alcohol….Basically anything with sugar in it. Eat more fiber, exercise. Weight loss is very important.
