Hello! I had Pituitary Surgery to remove an adenoma about a month ago and I'm in the process of tapering my Prednisone dosage, 2weeks of 10mg and then 2weeks of 7.5mg, and tomorrow I'm going to start 5mg. Fortunately, the only symptom I've had from that is tiredness. I'm tired pretty much all day everyday. I know that's expected as I'm tapering and as my body is recovering, but I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to counteract that? Has anyone found anything that helps or is it just something I'm going to have to deal with until my body gets back to normal? I was thinking maybe B12 injections or a supplement or something...
