  @Declan I have seen a few people with ADD and ADHD around me in my family. My oldest showed as if he was taking after his cousin (not blood related) who has been diagnosed with ADHD. We cut sugars out and with that found he had a lot of allergens still in his diet. He was having a hard time absorbing nutrients from his diet and the only thing that was fueling him was the sugars mainly which leads to up and down swings in attitude and behaviors.
