New to the Pacemaker Club

I just got a pacemaker as well! I had 2nd and third degree heart block that got extremely bad so they out in the pacemaker and im so much better but do have dysautonomia from my heart condition. I've had the pacemaker for 3 months now!

I got a pacemaker 3 years ago. I now have two in me as of this year. I am a bit overwhelmed as I am in my early thirties. I also has a difibulator put in with the new pacemaker. NO WORRIES, I only had a new one put in because they didnt know if the old one would interact properly with difibulator. You will be ok. One day at a time and remember that everyday is a gift. Worrying only causes illnesses and bad thoughts and depression. Stay positive and enjoy life. 🙂 I am praying for you Annamel!!

Your going to be alright! I have one as well. It can definitely be overwhelming at first.
