I was told 3 years ago I had bipolar it never made sense to me but I just went with it but after switching to a new Therapist she doesn't think I have bipolar because I have manic days not weeks. she is leaning more towards severe anxiety and depression (possibly ADHD they are sending me to get tested) has anyone else been diagnosed with bipolar just for it to turn out that is not truly the case?

Wasn’t the case for me but it could also be BP2, which is characterized by hypomanias, which is less intense than mania
