Frustrated with my ADHD

every single day 😞😞 i can be holding my phone in my hand and still forget where i put it lol

Yup, I constantly use the wrong words and usually don't realize it. And if I do catch it myself in conversation, I still feel embarrassed because its obvious I need to slow down and more carefully think about the words I say.
