Hi! Recently I've been having problems with my tailbone...whenever I sit somewhere for too long or directly on it, it hurts! Especially when I stand up afterwards. I do sit at my desk semi often, but I have been transitioning to laying down more. It's been inconvenient...anyone know how I can go about getting this fixed?

In the meantime maybe sitting on a donut pillow, or a contoured one that takes pressure off

Taking Advil and getting a massage relieves my back pain most of the time. As I far know, tailbone pain can be caused by various reasons, some can only last for a few days, but others can be more severe. If you still have pain after a few days, I recommend you do an X-ray or MRI, to ensure that you have no sign of injury.
