Does IBD Get Worse with Age?

I really think it depends on your treatment, and if your disease is stable or not. I know that people can live long years without flare ups, but there are young patients that keep having complications.

i can’t say yes or no for sure but based on people i’ve talked to im guessing no? depending on your age it could be worsened by hormones or stress and i’ve been told by a few nurses who also have it that theirs was worst when they were teenagers but this is purely anecdotal
