Withdrawal migraines and caffeine sensitivity

I doubt but got to try to throw this out there again. I took lots of day/nyquil. it has Tylenol in it. I have been withdrawing for days now with rebound migraines. I am extremely more so sensitive to caffeine. the doctors can't tell me why. nothing shows up. I take 1 dark chocolate chip and a massive under the tongue desolvable whatever but it hasn't been helping. I'm staying hydrated like 80+ oz/day. no one knows anything that might help? or where or what to do? maybe I should just get a new doctor. I actually really like the one I have though and have had her for many years.
