I like to write down a "to do list" in the beginning of every week. That way If I feel confused I can always look at what things I may have forgotten and also monitor my progress throughout the week and it makes me feel motivated. Also I take GABA supplements and Ritalin from time to time.
Hi! What have you tried so far? There are some medications today that can really help ADHD!

One of the most helpful things I've ever heard and have followed is to work WITH ADHD, not against it. So if you're struggling to do things "when you're supposed to," try doing things when you think of them instead (if you're able). For example, if you forget to brush your teeth right before bed, try brushing your teeth whenever you think about it instead. It's more important to get the task done rather than getting the task done when others might expect.
One that works is giving yourself the choice of either doing 1 thing, or the other, and having both things be work. So, if you need to get school work done, and you also need to clean, you say that you have to be doing either thing. So when you get tired of cleaning, you do homework. Then when you're tired of that, you clean. It keeps you working and works with your limited attention able to be used on the same thing in a row.
