Does anyone else use Culturelle IBS Conplete Support prebiotic powders once a day? I think it works for me. I no longer experience any side lower stomach pain on my right side and I can ensure greasy and spicy foods too. But on days I skip I feel bloated and the pain comes back. The doctor doesn't even know what it is but says it is IBS symptoms. What do you think? What is your experience?
