Does anybody struggle with hypervigilance? How do you differentiate the real threats from the imagined ones? How do you know if something is really happening as you percieve it? Any suggestions are appreciated!

      I've been struggling with this for years... the best thing is obviously therapy and making sure you're consistently in a safe environment (mainly your living space), but as far as specifics, I would try to reinforce that -realistically- you are safe. The more you feed into the imagined fear, the more you reinforce it to happen again. This obviously doesn't apply when you are not in a safe space, hopefully anything I said helps ❤️❤️
