Anyone else in the UK who's actually received treatment for BPD? What is it like on the NHS? The diagnosis for me meant I had to leave the support I was in and go back to the GP but that was 6 months ago and I'm still trying to get a GP appointment.

I recieved DBT through CAMHS when I was younger and I found that this was the most effective therapy I've tried. Although it is a difficult program, if you are willing to engage then it's brilliant. The only thing is that due to massive underfunding there are not as many programs available than CBT
