you might never have the words. trauma forces you into a pit in which nobody understands you, in which you have to find the way out yourself. there will certainly be those who can empathize, and i hope you can find them, but healing can be a very lonely path. human beings, however, have an amazing way of finding hope in the hopeless, of fighting towards that light, wherever it may lie. it's not easy and it's extremely personal and difficult - but keep your head up - you're still breathing
