Does anyone have advice on managing pain levels? I feel like every nerve is on fire. I'm having trouble even breathing in because it hurts so much, and at the same time I'm hyperventilating because I'm terrified. Everything hurts, and I'm trying not to cry at work because of it. I don't want to ask to go home because I'm terrified of them thinking I'm useless. I've already tried ibuprofen and acetaminophen, but they haven't done a thing. I genuinely don't know what to do. I don't even know what's causing the pain.

I suffer from chronic pain and got my fibro diagnosis a few years ago. I’ve tried anything and found out that the only thing that helped me was mild physical activity. I think that the first step for you will be to get a diagnosis. Did you see anyone? Did you get blood exams?
@Tomato I got blood exams and I'm currently working with a doctor. We're still not sure what causes the pain, but we've figured out how to manage it.
