for waking up in the morning/early put some alarms on and put a god amount. i have separate alarms that go off EVERY 5 mins and i struggle with this too and i have a lot of trouble waking up but eventually because i have alarms going off every 5 mins the buzzing on my phone annoys me and i wake up lol (also make sure ur phone isn’t on silent and maybe make the alarms a bit louder

There's meditation or mindfulness techniques I'll listen to on YouTube sometimes that get me calmer and help me fall asleep sometimes. Another good thing to try is, working down your body, teens your muscles then release and relax them as much as you can. Helps calm your body down

If I can't sleep I try caffeine free chamomile tea or warm milk & honey

I like to lay down and imagine myself in the plot of my favorite book series or TV show

Exercise and diet! For me personally doing something like presley yoga for going for a walk/run at some point during the day helps me be more likely to fall asleep. Also eating more veggies/fruits/water and help balance your body to make sleep better

@ellinoris i mainly drink water throughout the day. and i only really eat fruits because that seems to be the easiest to eat.

What I usually end up doing is closing my eyes and creating extremely fantastical situations and letting my brain play them out until it tires itself out

@Mayfly hmm i may try that and see if it works. i normally talk to people to fall asleep but no one is responding
