what are some good things to eat to not flare up my stomach? I either go to the bathroom like crazy or I can't go at all. I need help, this is so painful!!

    The sad thing about IBS is that everyone’s trigger foods are all different! What I did was I cut everything from my diet and ate plain white chicken, rice, eggs, strawberries, blueberries, squash, and sweet potatoes every single day. Slowly I added foods into my diet one by one and learned if it helped my body or if it was a trigger food. It’s important to make sure you are getting all the essential food groups, especially fruits and veggies! Bread, preservatives, artificial sugars, greasy food, spicy food, and heavily processed foods all are big triggers for me! Take it one day at a time with a super bland diet and go from there!     I have the same issue. My stomach stops me from doing so much in life. I'm so sorry. I still am having trouble figuring things out. Fruit is my go to when I have troubles.

    When I am newly, constipated a nice cup or two of hot coffee will usually get things motivated. If i am going too much brown rice is usually my best friend. If constipation has been going on more that three or four days, a nice fruit smootie with an extra teaspoon spoonful of vitamin C added to it. But true every person helping foods and trigger foods are different.
