Physical activity, screens, harsh lighting, being tired, loud noises, sometimes eating, sometimes repetitive movements like foot tapping, and worrying about the seizures actually brings them on sometimes. Then doing anything but laying down watching tv makes them get worse once they’ve started

For me crowds and noise and stress/anxiety are my main triggers, as well as being tired from lack of sleep. Hope this helps!

i have this! no set triggers but too much of one emotion and im off. i view it as because our brain functions differently,, we feel too much of one emotion regardless of whether it’s positive or negative and our body cant cope. pacing yourself is key 🫶

I’ve finally found someone else who has this though! I’ve never met anyone else like me before. How are you doing? I’ve only just been diagnosed and the doctor said he can’t guarantee I will ever be completely better I hate not knowing how I’m gonna be one day to the next :(

I’ve found feeling this sort of zoned out feeling triggers it for me. I’m not sure if it’s anxiety, dissociation or fatigue

@Beckboop Oh and also propranolol helps me with that because when I zone out my heart rate gets really high for some reason :/
