Sometimes at my work I have several people inspecting my work and eyeballing me, so I often don't have the option to take a minute to distract my self. It isn't easy to do, but what works best is to pretend they aren't even there. Even when they're talking crap to me I just try to let my work completely take my focus. All else fails I also end up gnawing on my lower lip

I would take deep breaths, do the 5 senses exercise, find something minty like gum or a mint to put in my mouth, or even go to the bathroom to watch a few videos or listen to some music to help calm me down. You got this!

Headphones! I have big obvious ones for times when I'm overwhelmed, even if I've got nothing playing through them.
Music, funny videos, and dissociation will do it for me haha
