Feeling anxious and paranoid at night for no reason

I'm gonna start this off with, I hope someone will understand. the past few days I've been getting very anxious and paranoid at night for no reason I've been crying every night and feeling like I'm having a panic attack I shake twitch it gets to the point where I can't speak I'm just so scared for absolutely no reason I can't figure out why this is happening there is no one unusual in the house but I'm so scare to leave my room even to eat or go to the bathroom and no I'm not in an abusive household, there is absolutely no reason for my brain to be doing this because usually this only happens when their is someone unusual in the house but usually once they leave I'm back to normal I just thought it was like a privacy issue of just anxiety but now I'm starting to think I might have a personality disorder. I just don't know what to do I'm so weak and I just wanna stay hidden all of the time. Edit: it usually starts at 7-8 pm then lasts 1-2 hours
