Does anyone experience rib pain when they have stress or anxiety? The pain usually happens when I’m stressed and then I have anxiety if I have bone cancer. Then when I feel calm and at ease it goes away for days. I was on vacation and having fun for a week and never experienced rib pain. Then I come home and have to do laundry and unpacking, it comes back. Is it just me??

    Pain started in my pelvis. Labral and glute tare. I also started having pain under my left rib cage through to my mid back and flank pain. I have chronic kidney stones, and nephrocalcinosis. But they have yet to find a cause. My grandfather had multiple myeloma. I'm worried of bone cancer too! It hurts exerting myself just doing chores. I can't lay on my left side for too long because it feels like my ribs are going to break. I can't lie on my back for long either. My flank and mid rib area in the back are tender to the touch. 😥

    All scans look normal. Mild degeneration. I don't know who to see next.

    Glad to hear all scans look normal. Have you thought about seeing a Functional Medical Doctor? Someone that can help you get to the root cause.

    It’s a holistic doctor. Natural way to heal your body. I don’t know if they can or how they can help, but you can look into it. I had gut issues-IBS since 2020. This year, I decided to see a functional medical doctor. They look tests and told me what herbs to take, eat healthy foods, no sugar and carbs. SO hard and expensive. I can’t be that strict but I try to eat better. It’s working really well. Eating the right foods can heal your body. Medicines make u feel better and the time, but doesn’t get rid of the problem. I didn’t want to take medicines that put a bandage on my problem. I wanted to get rid of the problem.
