I can totally understand what you mean. I feel like this all day everyday, and yet I don’t seem to be getting any better.

it’s hard to put into words. trying to explain it is so hard especially when you feel like no one will truly understand what you’re feeling. healing takes a long time. sometimes it feels like too long
